Bylaws
Our bylaws set out the rules for how our local democratically elects our representatives, and how it is run. They are updated annually and any changes are presented to the membership, approved then sent to CUPE National for final approval. Our bylaws are now updated to reflect all approved language up to March 2020!
Benefits (LTD, EAP)
Please refer to L25.00 BENEFITS of the Collective Agreement for information on the language that applies to our current benefits plan.
Note: Which the change in the Benefits Trust to CUPE EWBT, Collective Agreement language will require some revisions, specifically to any language that speaks to the previous benefits plan. What does remain the same is the language in reference to the LTD Plan, Ontario Health Insurance Plan and Employee Assistance (EAP) Plan.

OTIP Insurance (Car, Home, Retirement – Health and Dental, Travel) & Bursary Program
CUPE 7575 has entered into a partnership with the Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan (OTIP). This partnership will allow the unit to share information with the membership directly from OTIP.
